Welcome to the 17th Infantry Association's membership page! We are dedicated to serving veterans of the 17th Infantry Regiment, known as the Buffaloes. Our mission is to connect Buffalo veterans, support current Regiment soldiers, honor fallen comrades, and assist Gold Star families. The 17th Infantry Regiment, established in 1812, has a storied history, including engagements at Antietam, Fredericksburg, and Gettysburg during the Civil War, the Aleutian Islands in WWII, the Chosin Reservoir in Korea, Operation Just Cause in Panama, and missions in Mosul, Iraq, and the Arghandab Valley in Afghanistan during the Global War on Terror. Eighteen Buffaloes have received the Medal of Honor, and the 1st Battalion is currently stationed at Joint Base Lewis-McChord in Washington State.

Membership is open to all who served in or with the 17th Infantry Regiment, as well as their family and friends. For a one-time fee of $17, you can become a lifetime member, gaining access to our membership database, email updates, and the bi-monthly eMagazine, the Buffalo Bugle. Whether you've served with the 17th Infantry Regiment, know someone who has, or are simply interested in our proud history, consider joining our Association to support the Brotherhood of the Buffalo for years to come.

If you've served with the 17th Infantry Regiment during peace time or war, please think about joining the Association to keep the Brotherhood of the Buffalo going strong for many years to come.

Truth and Courage
